EMEA Head of HR Operations

Oakleaf are delighted to be working with a leading bank to hire an EMEA Head of HR Operations, based in Northampton.

The role will be managing a team of 4, and responsible for all HR Operations for the bank across EMEA. This includes Payroll, On-Boarding, Learning Operations, Contract Management, Referencing, Reward and Benefits administration.

There are circa 400 people working globally in HR Operations (US, India, APAC and UK) and EMEA is circa 100. You will report to the Global Lead for HR Operations.

Your role is to set the strategy for, and drive the delivery of, process optimisation across all HR Operations, leveraging the output from global programmes, whilst identifying new opportunitiesfor alignment and consistency across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in HR operations on a global scale. The candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of HR Operations, and prove to have ideas to drive process improvement and performance.
