Oakleaf Partnership are working with an Insurance client based in the City of London recruiting for a Reward Consultant position.
Complete all analysis underpinning the annual salary and bonus remuneration cycle including, data management, performance rating distribution, projected bonus spend, salary budget modelling
Significant contribution to the remuneration review project plan supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager in managing key deliverables to deadlines
Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with the preparation of RemCo papers and attend the RemCo meetings to take minutes and take part in the discussions if appropriate
