Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading professional services firm in their search for a Reward Analyst.
This role will report into the Reward Manager and will work closely with them on all Reward related matters. This exciting role is ideal for a highly analytical individual looking for a challenging opportunity where they can gain huge exposure and learn a lot.
On a daily basis, the role holder would work to ensure data integrity across the HR and Reward functions, reconcile data across platforms and liase with teams across the business to ensure accurate and consistent communication. The successful individual will have be expected to assist with the annual salary review, salary benchmarking and managing the flexible benefits portal. As well as being highly analytical and meticulous in their approach to data, the successful individual will need to be an excellent communicator as they will be required to liase with stakeholders throughout the business on all reward and benefit related communications.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel - ability to perform pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
Previous experience working as part of a reward or finance function
Drawing on various resources
Organised, multitasker, team player, ability to prioritise
Skills in the following areas are preferable but not essential:
Knowledge of the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology
Experience of reporting - MI and people data reporting
Knowledge of annual salary review
