My client operates in a complex, matrix style structure, and the Vice President of HR will be required to implement and develop the people strategy across the region.
You will ensure the organisation receives an excellent business partnering service, whilst working with regional leaders in the UK to deliver initiatives that can be implemented across the Group.
You will lead a team which consists of, HR Operations, L&D, Recruitment & Reward and will be required to build successful working relationships with a number of senior stakeholders across your business area.
You'll possess previous experience of working within fast paced Blue Collar environments and have exposure to leading on union negotiations. Candidates must have a track record of leading high profile transformation projects as well as delivering consistent HR Operations. Experience of implementing a HRIS would be advantageous but not essential.
