Payroll Co-ordinator

This role is looking for an enthusaistic and dedicated payroll professional who wants to gain exposure in different areas of payroll. This role will be key in supporting and delivering the large monthly payroll.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the payroll team to process the monthly payroll.
  • Data entry into the Payrite system, including such things as starters, leavers and absences.
  • Creating and running regular reports at month end.
  • Managing large volumes of communications in and outbound from the payroll team.
  • Dealing with payroll queries in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential skills:

  • Recent and relevant payroll experience. A minimum of 1-2 years is essential.
  • Experience of a high volume payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Able to work in a large team.
