Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a HR service across the local organisation. A mixed role of operational and strategic HR whilst also developing a conscientious team member. You will be ensuring all generalist HR activities are actioned to a consistent and high standard while working with stakeholders to define and implement strategy. You will also need to deliver some of the plans to achieve the overall Global strategic vision.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong generalist HR background, ideally within a blue collar environment. You will be immediately available or be available on a short notice period.
