Hybrid Recruiter

A new interesting IT Recruitment opportunity has arisen in Horsham. This Hybrid Recruiter will be responsible for managing the delivery of high quality permanent IT candidates.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Identify potential candidates for open headcount and pipelining for future hiring needs
  • Source candidates via Web advertising, employee and business referrals, networking, head-hunting, LinkedIn, and various other candidate databases
  • Contact and interview prospective candidates
  • Ensure all directly sourced candidates are responded to appropriately
  • Develop recruitment strategies and ideas
  • Keep abreast of market trends affecting recruitment
  • Ad hoc project work as given by the Account Manager
  • Be adept at producing and developing regular and meaningful MI reporting to both client and RS management

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven direct sourcing experience at all levels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience recruiting IT profressionals
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Proactivity and self-motivation
