Head of HR

The role forms a delivery focused position and success will be measured based on the person's ability to deliver on the following:

  • Define and implement the HR strategy
  • Lead on employment contracts and HR policy work.
  • Shape role profiles and drive attraction strategies, which will include attraction graduates and managing the graduate scheme
  • Manage and drive the training and development needs and co-ordination for the organisation.
  • Focus on driving a best in class Talent management program
  • Own the recruitment process for the business across all elements from application, assessment, onboarding and induction/leavers.
  • Oversee the monthly process for payroll

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the above along with a strong fit in line with the company's culture.
