HR Team Leader

A global leading law firm is looking for an HR Team Leader to join their operations team. This person will be managing a team of two administrators and deliver a high quality service to employees and managers

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing an effective case management process to ensure a fair allocation of work across the team

  • Implementing an auditing programme and monitoring audit reports

  • Ensuring all data within the HR system is accurate including the accuracy of payroll instructions

  • Setting client service standards and a SLA framework for the team

  • Continuously reviewing and analysing processes and practices to ensure they remain fit for purpose

  • Ensuring all key documentation including emails, letter templates and HR web pages are up to date

  • Ensuring employee paperwork is correctly filed in personal files

  • Leading, motivating and training the team to ensure they are delivering an excellent service and are equipped to handle queries

  • Providing support on various projects and development within HR Operations team

This person will:

  • Have experience working in an HR shared service environment

  • Have previous team management experience

  • Have strong data processing skills

  • Have experience managing processes relating to business and operational needs

  • Have experience or report writing from a HRIS database

  • Have strong excel skills
