HR Administrator

I am working with a great company based in Reading who are looking for a permanent HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

This role will be supporting the HR function by co-ordinating various new starter, safeguarding and general admin tasks in a timely and professional manner and ensuring all customers receive a first-class service.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Dealing with all administration relating to the recruitment of management-level employees, e.g. offer letters, terms and conditions, references, proof of right to work in the UK, personnel file creation, three-month review admin and liaising with the Payroll and L&D Manager to share relevant information

  • Requesting references for all managers and Support staff, ensuring that these are followed up, filed, and any concerns passed to the HR Business Partner.

  • General administrative duties such as salary and bonus review letters, change of contract letters, reference requests, and general correspondence.

You need to have experience working in a fast-paced environment, proactive, be able to show initiative and have strong attention to detail.
