Senior HR Advisor
Senior HR Advisor - maternity cover (4 day week) - Enfield - £28-30,500 (this is the salary pro rated)
Our client is looking for a 12 month maternity cover (4 day week) for a Senior HR Advisor to start as soon as possible.
Reporting into the HR Director and with responsibility for managing 2 members of staff you will support the achievement of business and people objectives within the Group by providing an efficient customer focused HR service. Assisting line managers and employees through professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice and support.
Main responsibilities will include:-
- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Recruitment and Selection
- HR System and Administration
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Compensation, Salary Review and Payroll
- Ad-hoc Projects
You will need the following experience:-
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Significant and relevant experience in a similar role
- Up to date employment law knowledge
- Experience of working with demanding stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
