International HR Business Partner

A Global Law Firm are looking for an HR Business Partner to support their international offices.

A global law firm based in the City of London.

Your new role

In this role you will be the dedicated HR Business Partner for the firms smaller international offices (Paris, Madrid, Latin America etc). You will be based in London and need to be flexible to travel at least once a month. You will lead on the talent management strategy and manage salary and bonus reviews for your client group. You will collaborate with your stakeholders and talent development team on projects such as global mobility for associates and the global development programme. You will advice line managers to resolve any HR or ER issues locally.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be the standalone HRBP for your locations. International experience is a must. You should have a proven track record as an HR BP within professional services and be used to supporting your client group in a generalist capacity. Clear experience in both operational and strategic HR is vital. You should be adaptable and able to develop rapport with stakeholders quickly. Language skills (French or Spanish) would be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return

Salary of £65,000 - £70,000, experience depending plus and excellent benefits package.
