HR Advisor for a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Exeter.

A well established manufacturing company is looking for a HR Advisor. Based near Exeter this company has offices throughout the UK and offers a competitive salary commensurate to your experience.

Your new role

You will be able to hit the ground running, be a Generalist HR Advisor and oversee the day to day HR Operations in order to deliver a continuous and solid HR service to the line managers and employees alike.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be confident, reliable, hardworking and have excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition, you possess a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification with 2 years' experience. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a manufacturing corporation and have experience working with Trade Unions.
