Regional HR Advisor

Our not-for-profit organisation is recruiting for a HR Advisor for a 6 month FTC (maternity cover) in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, qualified and well regarded HR team working in a dynamic, values led national organisation.
Your new role
The role will be supporting the Regional HR Manager for the South and London and will work with a team of regional HR Advisors and will be responsible for providing proactive initial advice to Directors, managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues. This will include supporting managers in making values based decisions on case management such as disciplinary, grievance and sickness management. This role will be involved in policy, process and training development and training delivery. This role also have the opportunity to support the development of an engaging culture that supports over 3,500 staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent experience of managing employee relations issues, be CIPD qualified. Able to coach managers with prompt and effective advice on employment relations and change management issues. With the willingness to travel, you will be able to manage your time effectively, working flexibly with changing priorities, producing work and associated documentation to a high standard.
What you'll get in return
