Leadership Development & Learning Manager

A global financial services organisation are looking for a mature, talented and pro-active Senior Learning Consultant to join their business on a short term basis.

The Leadership Development and Learning team are responsible for creating the over-arching learning curriculum for the newly combined organisation. We are looking for someone who has experience working within a merged organisation particularly in the following areas:

* Interpreting our leadership development and learning strategy with input into what we build, buy and borrow
* Engagement with stakeholders across the business and HRBPs and the wider HR team
* Communicate with the business on what we are doing and share stories of success
* Offer learning consultancy support, to strategically partner with the business to understand learning needs, deliver a proactive offering and provide reactive support to specific needs
* Analyse needs through analysis, assessment & development centres and reviewing performance and development data
* Management of programmes and management of external vendor and provider relationships
* Experience in the analysis, design, delivery, maintenance and evaluation of:
* Design and deliver a learning curriculum / suite across the work levels
* Design and deliver an l induction
* Design and deliver the mentoring agenda and deliver coaching within specific programmes as part of a blended learning approach
* Design and deliver the wellness and mental health agenda
* Curate online resources, monitor and evaluate usage, set up and test on the LMS
* Create and partner with 3rd party providers to deliver regulatory resources, both online and face to face
* Provide support for team away days - in-source or outsource solutions
* Strong at partnering with external providers to deliver what the business needs, managing the suppliers effectively (relationship, contract, content, financials and invoicing)
* Assist in the delivery of online product learning
* Social learning
* Oversight of the professional development / qualifications policy
* Organise and administer learning events e.g. product learning
* Internal communications programme in conjunction with the Internal Comms team.
* Reporting / MI across all programmes, including monitoring regulatory completion
* Learning support to specific projects e.g.10FA, Performance management, HR transformation
* Administration of LMS - PGS / UK
* Administration of programmes

The role will be an initial 6 months with a likely view to extend. Rate approx £400-550 per day. Based in London City.
