I am currently working with a hospitality tech start up on an interim talent acquisition position - the first of it's kind for the company. They are looking for somebody to come in and take ownership of the roles currently live for the company, largely sales roles, as well as lay the foundation of best practice and process standardisation moving forwards.
The role is very fluid in it's responsibilities due to the fact it is newly created, and as such the ideal candidate will be somebody that has strong experience within recruitment and has ideally worked within a start up environment. The roles being recruited and pipelined at the moment are largely sales focused, and as such experienced within a sales based organisation or having recruited predominately for the sales team would be preferential. Furthermore, the absolute ideal candidate would have exposure to the hospitality industry in order that they understand the client base of which the sales staff will be working with.
The organisation are now in their growth phase, and are looking for somebody who can come in, evaluate current processes and procedures, take ownership of the recruitment in place, and then advise and lead the business in the best strategy for their future growth plans.
