3 month Recruitment Administrator job for a Government organisation in London. Paying £16-18 per hour.
Your new company
You will be working for a Government organisation, who require a Recruitment Assistant for 3 months.The role is based in London Bridge and will pay £16 - £18 per hour via PAYE or Umbrella company.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 19th March and Thursday 21st March. Candidates must be available on 1 week's notice or less.
Reporting to a Recruitment Operations Officer, you will be part of a Recruitment team of 6, supporting an organisation of 1,100 employees.
Your new role
You will support high volume recruitment campaigns from liaising with Hiring Managers on their requirements and setting time frames, through to advertising, monitoring applications on Engage ATS system, arranging interviews and carrying out pre-employment checks and references.
Candidates are required to be experienced in end to end recruitment administration, ideally having worked in the Public Sector, and have experience of an ATS system.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to challenge Managers to ensure process is followed, have good customer service and attention to detail and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
