Up to £30,000pa + 15% bonus
An exciting new opportunity working within a multinational Real Estate business based in Central London has become available to join the graduate team as an Apprenticeship Recruiter, due to the success of the Apprenticeship Programme over the last 3 years.
This position will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, support and development of the apprentices, working with colleagues engaged in future talent.
Internal and external marketing of apprenticeship opportunities
Screening and shortlisting of applicants, ensuring diverse candidate pools
Coordinate assessment centres and interview process
Ensuring all assessment materials are provided and relevant
Coordinating the offer and onboarding process for apprentices
Working closely with managers
Coordination of apprenticeship enrolment, as well as salary benchmarking
Working closely with the People Development team, to support on the apprenticeships internal development
Experience and skills required:
Educated to degree Level or above
CIPD qualified or eager to undertake CIPD is desirable
Previous experience in the recruitment and development of junior talent
Strong coordination and communication skills
Collaborative, positive and have the ability to influence
Confident working with multiple business divisions
Driven to create and maintain a strong training programme for all apprenticeship routes to qualification
