Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading global organisation in West London who have an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to join their reward team.
As a Compensation Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Supporting with year end and bonus reviews
Managing the job evaluation and benchmarking process
Providing advice and guidance to the business regarding reward
Working closely with and presenting too senior stakeholders
We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, has reward experience and is confident working with senior stakeholders.
