HR Manager - Accountancy

A top Accountancy firm with Headquarters in London, are recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working closely with the Head of HR to develop a performance and talent management framework

  • Executing a pragmatic and impactful communication framework

  • Driving communication and engagement initiatives across numerous offices

  • Driving process improvement projects and streamlining activities

  • Providing generalist support on a range of HR and employment issues

  • Delivering on-going performance management reviews and coaching internal clients

  • Providing mentoring and coaching to team

As the HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

  • Strong analytical mind-set and comfortable working with numbers

  • Experience leading on complex employment relations issues

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multi task

  • Strong IT skills

  • Strong attention to detail
