A small global financial services business based in London are looking for a HR Professional with experience in reviewing and re-writing policies and corporate handbooks.
In the role you will work alongisde the Head of HR to update and amend HR initiatives and policies whilst ensuring they are in line with the company culture and UK legislations.
- Amended and rewritten corporate policies and handbooks
- Previously led on corporate policy reviews
- Analysed company policies and present new ideas for change
- Understanding of company culture and implications for policy
- Strong writing skills
- Experience working within financial services is desired
