£30,000 with flexibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Recruitment Manager to join a growing and well established brand in Hertfordshire with significant travel to other sites and offices as required. The role will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to assist in providing effective recruitment from start to finish. We are looking for someone who has had previous recruitment experience, either gained in-house or within an agency environment, who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a fast paced role and so you will enjoy working with high volumes with the ability to pro-actively plan and manage multiple tasks.
Supporting the design and delivery of a clear resourcing strategy and process for the specific operating unit. Working closely with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of the role and engage with stakeholders to determine deadlines to meet the resource plan.
Effective management end to end management of all roles from initial brief through to successful hire
Co-ordinate feedback to candidates and third parties, and manage the process through to offer or rejection stage alongside the hiring manager
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all
We are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience gained either within an agency or in-house environment
Previous experience sourcing candidates through a number of direct methods i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases
Demonstrable time management and stakeholder relationship skills, enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities
A proven track record in screening and interviewing, with a focus on positive candidate experience
