Your new role
As the recruitment business partner you will be responsible for the overall recruitment management of the Sales and Marketing workforce to enable service delivery.
- Coordinates with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles across UK, Western Europe and the US
- Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications
- Uses online and offline sourcing techniques i.e. networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases
- Advertises open positions to external networks
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience recruiting Sales and marketing professionals
- An established network of candidates within IT Sales
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
