Oakleaf Partnership are working with an amazing brand who care about their staff and promote progression. This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D Service Delivery Manager to join a learning & delivery service team based in Hertfordshire.
You will be responsible for leading the L&D Service Delivery team to provide a proactive, timely, accurate and customer focused L&D service across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures delivered are customer focused, timely, accurate and consistent throughout the business.
The role will lead the continuous improvement and ongoing development of the L&D offering ensuring business objectives are met and SLA's are upheld for all transactional activities.
Drive the following behaviours within the team: taking ownership, pro-activity, contributing ideas, continual improvement, exercising judgement, demonstrating strong client focus and a sense of urgency.
Manage cyclical L&D activity and help the business meet its mandatory training KPI's.
Manage the CITB claims process to maximise grant return for the business.
We're looking for:
Previous experience in managing large teams in an HR Shared Service environment.
Strong desire to continuously improve systems, processes and ways of working.
Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy with a positive attitude but also able to have challenging conversations and manage conflicting deadlines / priorities.
Significant HR systems knowledge (ideally iTrent) and a track record of working in partnership with employees, management and other HR colleagues.
Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of empathy and rigour.
Ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
