HR Business Partner

Your new company
You will be working for a large commercially focused organisation, with a national footprint and large modern offices in Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR support to a specific division of this large organisation. Whilst there is a centralised HR service centre to support, you will be engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure that both operational and strategic objectives are met. At a operational level this could include case work, absence management and recruitment. Whilst some of the more strategic elements could include managing TUPE activity, liaison with unions and managing risk registers.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, who is happy to do a full generalist BP post, alongside project work. You will be excellent at engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business. As this is also going to be overseeing some TUPE activity, previous experience of TUPE would be advantageous.

This is a 6 month role with an immediate start, therefore candidates should be immediately available.
