Oakleaf are currntly working with a leading healthcare organisation as they are looking for an interim Reward Consultant to join the team on an initial 3 month basis.
This is a 3 month initial contract role to go in and lead the performance management review across the organisation from a compensation perspective. The go live for this project is April so they are looking for an experienced interim who can embed effectively and work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
They are looking for someone who has strong compensation experience. Experience with the Workday compensation module is a prerequisite for this role.
