3 month Reward Manager role in Central London, starting ASAP with negotiable day rate.
Your new company
You will be working for a private healthcare organisation in Central London, Zone 1, who are looking for a Reward Manager with experience of Workday Compensation. The role will be for 3 months and the organisation are open to candidates on a full time or part time basis. Day rate is negotiable, depending on Workday experience.
Starting ASAP, candidates will ideally be available on 1 weeks notice, or available immediately.
Your new role
The role would sit alongside a Benefits Officer and Reward Analyst and report into the Head of Reward. The primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining compensation processes and structures in Workday. You will lead in starting and running their annual merit review cycle, which goes live in May - the preparation will be completed in April, also you will undertake the preparation work, support during the completion stage and also support the collating of submission once the process is closed and essentially lead on the compensations piece of their annual appraisals.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have attended the Workday compensation fundamentals and advanced training. you must be a Reward and Compensation expert, available on a 1 week notice or less.
