Law firm is looking for an L&D Specialist to join their close-knit HR function.

Your new role
You will join a close knit HR team to manage all aspects of the firms talent and development offering. You will take a lead on L&D projects, improving efficiency of current processes and ensuring stakeholders are aware of development/training opportunities. You will work closely with the Head of HR to develop and implement L&D strategy and assist with managing the annual training budget. You will act as the main point of contact for all training and development queries; coordinating and delivering training sessions as well as engaging with external providers. This role will focus on L&D with ad hoc support to the generalist HR function (salary reviews, payroll etc).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established L&D professional, able to take responsibility for the talent and development remit. You will be experienced in conducting training needs analysis and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to identify development and training opportunities. You should be confident conducting non-technical training sessions and inductions as well as previous experience engaging with external training providers. Knowledge of a generalist HR function is also required as you will work closely with the generalist team, assisting with ad hoc HR tasks such as payroll and salary reviews.
