About Our Client
My client is a global leader in the manufacture of flat & pitched roofing, and waterproofing solutions. They are the largest manufacturer throughout the UK and Europe with a significant presence in Asia and South Africa. They have their UK Head Office in Milton Keynes.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a newly created role and will be the recruitment lead for the UK business. The role will cover both site and head office recruitment so will provide a real mix in terms of the type of recruitment undertaken for the business. The role will be responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategy and will be the specialist in this field for the business. The role will also be the link to developing agency relationships.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be based in Milton Keynes, and will report directly into the HR Director, with a dotted line into the wider Talent Acquisition function.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience of developing a talent acquisition strategy, including running recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates, talent mapping, and building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
