This role sits with a designer retail brand with offices in Central London. It is a well-established company and easily recognised.
Your new role
You will be working as part of the HR Team, focusing on the ER aspect of the business. You will be taking a lead on performance management, absence management, maternity/paternity cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong ER exposure, managing at least 20 cases in your career. You will be a credible HR professional and be able to be up to speed with fast-paced environments. Retail industry is preferable but not essential.
