My client, a leading utilities company based in North London are looking for a Reward Manager to join the rapidly growing HR team.
This is a brand new position within the organisation and responsibilities will include:
Managing year end and pay review
Implementing pay grading structures and developing the job architecture framework
Managing benefits and working with suppliers to negotiate attractive benefits for employees
Managing the harmonisation of contracts, compensation packages, benefits and terms and conditions as a result of recent acquisitions
We are looking for someone who has experience working within both compensation and benefits. You will be the go to person in the organisation for reward so you must be confident liaising with the business and working in a stand alone reward role.
