A UK leading law firm is looking for an internal recruiter to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Complete the internal sourcing process and present suitably sourced

  • Looking at applications to decide whether candidates should progress

  • Assessing candidate behaviour profiles

  • Interviewing candidates face to face, as required

  • Providing telephone feedback to unsuccessful candidates

This person will:

  • Have experience working in a legal services environment

  • Have strong administrative skills

  • Have an interest in the legal sector and understanding the changes

  • Be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders

  • Have experience of recruitment and the selection process

  • Be confident, professional and enthusiastic

  • Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
