HR Business Partner - Investment Bank - Trading

A global investment bank based in London is looking for a experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. Reporting in to the Head of Front Office HR, you will be responsible for supporting a independent global client group of circa 170 employees.

You will operate in a busy and varied Senior HR Business Partner role supporting challenging stakeholders internationally in a role that is strategic and operational. You will enjoy a broad HR Generalist position which encompasses; Employee Relations, HR Projects, HR Ops, Talent / Development, Recruitment & managing annual compensation processes working directly with your client groups (all levels of stakeholder). You will have a track record supporting IB / Trading populations internationally in a high touch role as deputy to the Head of HR.

You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner who has operated in a international financial services organisation. Must have experience supporting front office client groups. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
