A leading global RPO is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to specialise in Corporate Functions recruitment on-site at a market leading Insurance firm.
As part of an established and reputable onsite RPO team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of HR, Finance, Tech & Audit hiring across the Corporate Functions side of the organisation. The organisation has a unique and fast paced working environment, with the successful candidate handling up to 25 vacancies during busy periods. You will hire directly and/or utilise a PSL when needed depending upon the client groups you have.
You will have extremely strong stakeholder management & a relationship driven approach with the stakeholders being Senior Management through to Managing Director.
The successful candidate will require in-house financial services experience & strong exposure to corporate functions, especially HR.
