We're working with a renowned investment management firm on a truly outstanding opportunity for an HR Advisor.
This is a role that will be constantly expanding, picking up new projects and initiatives of which you'd have creative input on (such as retention). The Head of HR for this team of 5 is passionate, eager to develop her reports and a very flexible and in-tune manager.
The role responsibilities will otherwise manage all people related matters. Such as employee relations issues, performance management, policy and procedure overview and updates, immigration / relocations, talent development.
It is a role you can really make your own and will therefore suit candidates that:
Have strong generalist experience - managing processes surrounding the employee lifecycle from end to end
Have worked in financial services and are comfortable with the pace and environment
Are ideally educated to degree level or equivalent and have an MSc in HR or CIPD qualification
Is proactive and forward thinking but pragmatic
