Senior HR Generalist
A global and independent private equity business are looking to recruit a Senior HR Generalist for their headquarters in London as a result of continued growth and expansion. Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will take responsibility for a number of global HR activities to support the business across the full employee lifecycle.
As the Senior HR Generalist you will play an integral role in the ongoing development of the HR function to support the continued growth of the business. This role will give you broad exposure across Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Global Mobility, Recruitment and ownership of ad-hoc projects.
To be successful within this role you will be able to demonstrate a hands-on, generalist approach to HR within a boutique financial services organisation as well as having a background in supporting international offices.
