Global manufacturing firm that services in the aviation and transport markets is recruiting for a HR Business Partner with an ER bias, due to internal promotion.

Reporting directly to the UK HRD and leading a team of four HR BP's, based in the Midlands and London, and supporting a UK wide population of c3,000. You will lead champion cultural transformation, drive the company wide ER strategy and lead on contract management (T&C's, customer practice, pay structures). You will drive organisational effectiveness via restructures etc. and offer insights into organisational capability requirements, working as part of the management team.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • You will be used to working in a commercial, complex matrix firm and be experienced in developing strategy.
  • You will have worked in a collective agreement environment.
  • You will be well versed in pay negotiations, facilitating grievances, disciplinaries and absence management processes and in developing management capability.
  • You likely have experience in contract negotiation and in managing industrial relation agendas.

Remuneration will include a base salary of £68,000, £7,000 car allowance, bonus, Bupa and pension.
