Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading advertising brand based in the City recruiting for a standalone Reward Manager EMEA.
You will be working as part of a global team, but take full responsibility and leadership for all matters surrounding compensation and benefits across your territories. The successful candidate will need to have expert knowledge on the technical requirements across the different countries, and be confident in operationally delivering the reward agenda for EMEA, as well as collaborate with your global peers to ensure some level of consistency across the globe. You will personally lead EMEA compensation and benefits processes, and face off to business partners and senior stakeholders across the business. You will lead on creating competitive packages for senior leadership as well as develop job families to drive fair compensation practices. Although this role is weighted on the compensation side, you will also need to lead on benefits activities across EMEA. Additionally, global mobility experience is desired but not essential.
