People Relations Manager

Our client, a large, global organisation based in Abingdon are looking for an experienced People Relations Manager to join their growing HR team on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
As People Relations Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of Employee Relations and operations for the UK and Europe.You will work with the Business Partners to write Policy and liaise with Key Stakeholders in the business. You will take full ownership of complex HR cases and will liaise with Unions. You will also be responsible for the line management of the People Relations Advisor.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will have proven experience in handling high volumes and complex HR cases. You will have an exceptional knowledge of employment law and legislation. Any previous experience of working with trade unions would also be an advantage.
