Your new role
As Interim HR Manager, you will cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. Reporting in to the business, you will be part of an international HR team and will manage a team of 3 people. You will be responsible for managing all HR operations that arise during the annual cycle including performance management, talent reviews, compensations and benefits reviews, as well as managing any ER casework.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with proven experience at HR Manager level where you will have managed a small team. You will be a strong generalist who can demonstrate working across the whole HR lifecycle. It is essential that you are a team player with a 'can do' attitude' who is able to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month contract.
