I am working in partnership with a charity based in Reading to recruit an experienced Interim Head of HR for a short-term contract.

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR capacity within a charitable organisation is a benefit
  • Confident in managing, coaching and guiding a HR team
  • Good understanding of employee relations matters
  • Adaptable to change with a solution orientated approach
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
