An Excellent job opportunity, for a permanent ER Advisor, within a leading, established, fast-paced, commercial organisation, who are rapidly growing and developing and can offer this person development opportunities including CIPD sponsorship after a qualifying period.
Your new role
As a permanent ER Advisor, you will be part of a medium sized HR team, who provide support and guidance on all Employee Relations matters from end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working, maternity, paternity, performance management, redundancies and TUPE. You will be responsible for all ER matters in your region and will also be required to travel to other sites occasionally, to deliver training on HR best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience ideally, as an ER Advisor/ER Specialist, or as an HR Advisor, if you have been managing a high volume of ER cases. You must have some experience within a commercial organisation, ideally within Retail, FMCG, Hospitality or a similar industry.
