HR Manager based near Bridgwater. Interim for 3-6 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a construction company in Bridgwater. They are looking for a HR Manager on an interim basis to provide an HR service to their workforce across the region.
Your new role
You will have experience of managing & leading HR team members and be a strong team player who is passionate about providing excellent guidance and support. A large part of the position will be to oversee and manage disciplinary and grievance proceedings and investigations, hearings and appeals.
What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional HR expertise is paramount as well as a demonstrable employee relations experience. The role is for an immediate start and will be for a period of 3 - 6 months, however this may be extended.
