A University in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying circa £25,000.
Your new role
You will be reporting into the HR Manager, where you will manage high volume, end-to-end recruitment campaigns. This includes drafting job descriptions, onboarding new starters, being first point of contact for all recruitment queries and conducting right to work checks. Your role will include actively maintaining the HR filing systems and accurately entering all employee and payroll related data. In addition, you will also be taking minutes in disciplinary and grievance hearings, as well as, distributing information regarding annual salary reviews. As an individual, you will need to be proactive and organised with good knowledge of HR.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed all candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with previous experience in a similar role. You will be confident working in a fast-pace HR environment using an integrated HR/Payroll database. Furthermore, knowledge and experience of SAP is advantageous.
