Leading Bank looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their close-knit team.
Your new company
A leading global bank based in the City of London.
Your new role
Joining a close-knit HR team of 3, you will report directly to the Head of HR, supporting across a full generalist remit. You will be responsible for day to day HR operations as well as assisting with ad hoc HR project work. You will act as first line response for all HR and ER queries; leading low risk cases end to end. You will run end to end recruitment: junior to senior end as well as owning the full payroll process.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR experience within Financial Services is a must. You will have a proven track record supporting an HR function in a generalist remit with the ability to own low risk ER cases from end to end. You should have a solid understanding on employment law and payroll - with previous experience managing payroll end to end in liaison with an outsourced provider. Previous experience managing end to end recruitment and the full employee lifecycle is vital. CIPD qualification and exposure to an international remit is desirable.
