A leading accountancy firm are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their team.
Your new company
You will be joining an established HR function at a leading accountancy firm based in London City.
Your new role
You will support a business unit with a client base of approx. 200. You will be responsible for the full generalist remit, providing support to the Head of HR in an operational and strategic capacity as well as assisting with the line management and mentoring of the HR Advisors. You will manage the full employee lifecyle, partnering with stakeholders on recruitment, payroll and L&D. You will lead on ER casework; conducting meetings and investigations on complex cases as well as coaching managers to manage low risk ER issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a solid HR generalist with experience working within the Professional Service sector. You will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and be able manage low risk and complex ER cases from end to end. Experience leading TUPE and change management is a must. You will be CIPD qualified and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + excellent benefit package.
