A global law firm is seeking an HR Project Manager supporting a global remit.
Your new company
A global law firm with a population of over 4000 globally and 800 here in the UK.
Your new role
You will work primarily with the Global HR Director to manage key global projects to drive organisational effectiveness. You will be responsible for major operational and strategic business change projects such as: agile working, talent management and mental wellbeing initiatives. You will work with the wider HR team to review and improve global HR processes in line with strategic business objectives. You will establish project frameworks to track progress and identify potential risks. You will need to create regular reporting metrics to communication ROI to senior partners.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid understanding and experience of HR processes and procedures within a professional services environment. Additionally, a proven track record in HR project management for change and transformation. You should have exceptional stakeholder management, experienced in influencing, persuading and negotiating in order to achieve engagement. Strong data management, analysis and presentation skills are vital in order to identify areas for change/improvement and communicate return on investment.
