My client, a multinational Real Estate business are seeking a HR Assistant to join their close knit team in London. This is a full-time permanent position requiring high levels of self-motivation and drive to ensure the effective delivery of the graduate department.

Day to day duties:

  • Support the graduate on-boarding process post and pre-join

  • Event organisation and hosting including annual graduate Meet and Greet and Induction

  • Rotation and experience support - ensuring graduates are provided with the right exposure

  • support, appraisal documents, diary / deadline management, HR system and IT updates

  • Provide experience and Company procedure guidance and support to graduates and their teams, supervisors, counsellors and mentors where necessary

  • Monitoring performance and absence cases with line managers, graduates and HR Business Partners

  • Global rotation, placements and secondments - support to understand opportunities, candidates and teams

  • Support the annual remuneration process

  • Deliver exceptional contract administration, including regular reporting and updating to maintain accurate records

  • Monthly payroll administration including changes for current graduates and leavers

  • Support with Graduate Committee initiatives

Technical abilities:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards (Level 5 and/or 7)

  • Previous experience in graduate recruitment, training, event organisation is advantageous

  • Knowledge of employment law

  • Immediate - advanced level MS Office is advantageous
