Oakleaf Partnership are working with a top 100 FTSE listed global company who are based in Central London. They are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the annual pay and bonus review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
Supporting the job evaluation and benchmarking processes and ensuring that the process is as efficient and streamlined as possible
Provide analysis on compensation related processes
Respond to any compensation related enquiries from employees
Assisting the team with ad hoc projects as required
The ideal candidate will have a passion for analytics, be excel savvy and have prior experience in job evaluation, benchmarking and pay review processes.
