My client a global media brand are looking to hire a HR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract based in London.
Having recently undergone a period of change my client is looking for someone with strong change management skills who is able to work self-sufficiently. You will be leading on consultations, redundancies and ER for a client group of around 350. Ideally you will have harmonisation and settlements experience. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and busy HR team of 15 that is both collaborative and passionate about employee welfare. My client describes themselves as a customer centric organisation and a leader in their field!
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a solid understanding of UK employment law. You will be organised and have a pragmatic approach to HR. Internal personal skills and sense of humour are key!
